Conex Limited was founded in 2015 as a specialist carpentry and joinery business. The company has since developed into a construction and fire safety contractor, bringing a broader range of specialist departments together around the needs of each project.
Our services include fire-door surveys, supply, installation and maintenance; firestopping; drylining and ceilings; carpentry and joinery; façades and cladding; and wall, ceiling and floor finishes.
Our directly employed teams work across Fire Safety, Refurbishment and New Build. We support residential, commercial and public-sector projects across London and the South East. Our practical background helps us understand the details that sit between packages: how a door meets a partition, how services affect a ceiling, how finishes align and how information follows the work through to handover.
We work with clients, designers, main contractors and suppliers to clarify requirements and coordinate delivery. The focus is on establishing a workable scope, maintaining clear responsibilities and paying attention to both concealed work and the completed finish.

Conex uses Onetrace for fire-door surveys and firestopping records, and Procore for project management and delivery.
Onetrace
Material records, inspection evidence and approval workflows support the survey and fire protection packages. Reporting by material type, quantity and dimensions provides accountability through the quality process.
Procore
A central platform for drawings, specifications, RAMS and project documents. Inspections, observations and corrective actions sit alongside RFIs, submittals and progress records, creating a digital audit trail of decisions and completed works.
