TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING. PRACTICAL DELIVERY.

Decoration, tiling and flooring for completed interiors.

The final surface is what people see and use every day. Conex delivers decorative and protective finishes, from plastering and tape-and-jointing to painting, tiling, vinyl, laminate and specialist coatings. We coordinate preparation, protection and sequencing so that the finished work is ready for inspection and handover.

Consistent finishes start with proper preparation and a clear specification. The condition of the substrate, the selected material and the sequence of the remaining trades all affect the final result. Conex coordinates these steps across refurbishment and fit-out projects, with care at transitions and visible junctions.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

A defined package.
A coordinated approach.

The final scope is agreed against your specification, existing conditions and programme.

01

Walls and ceilings

Deliver plastering, tape-and-jointing and decoration against the agreed finish requirements. Review surface condition, preparation and colour choices before applying the final coatings.

02

Tiling and specialist coatings

Coordinate layouts, setting out and adjoining materials. Product suitability, substrate preparation and the agreed junction details are considered before installation.

03

Floor finishes

Install specified vinyl and laminate finishes with attention to the substrate and perimeter details. Thresholds, changes in finish and interfaces with skirting should be resolved as part of the package.

QUALITY & COORDINATION

Attention to the details
that matter.

We assess the substrate and preparation requirements before applying the specified finish. Samples, colour choices and junction details are coordinated with the client, and completed areas are protected while the remaining trades finish their work.

Working with other trades

Finishes are coordinated with doors, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms and the remaining service works. The programme should allow the surfaces to be completed and protected without repeated damage from later activities.
