Equans project recognition · 2024.
Conex delivered drylining, plastering, flooring and fire-door maintenance and installation packages at Paragon Estate for Equans. Additional works included core drilling and structural alterations associated with automatic opening vents.
Set within a development of six blocks and more than 1,000 units, the project brought together over 25 contractors. Conex undertook several specialist packages across the blocks.
SCOPE OF WORKS
Working across several blocks and alongside multiple contractors made trade coordination a central part of the package. Shared work areas and risers needed careful planning, with site concerns communicated promptly to the project team.
Conex used daily briefings and collaborative coordination with other contractors. Engineered temporary riser floors provided a practical site solution supporting safer access for the teams working in those locations.
Equans recognised Conex’s work in 2024 with Contractor of the Month awards for May, June, September and December, followed by Contractor of the Year 2024. The recognition covered health and safety, production and collaboration.
